IFA DESIGN THINKING HACKATHON

Problem: Unavailability of entry-level jobs from real companies for graduates in Nigeria and the thousands of applications employers have to go through due to the gross unemployment in Nigeria

Solution:

• To develop a solution that helps applicants to get legit entry roles so that they gain momentum and build their careers.

• To train and recommend only candidates that are qualified for an entry-level to employers thereby reducing the time and resources spent on the hiring process.
